Returns, Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom portrait, please contact us at hi@anellstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. We review every situation individually and will do our best to find a fair solution.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

 

Lost Packages

If your order is lost by the shipping carrier, I will gladly issue a refund or hand-paint a replacement artwork for you — whichever you prefer.


Adjustments & Corrections

During the process, I am always happy to accommodate small adjustments or corrections to ensure the portrait truly reflects your vision. Communication is key, and I encourage you to share feedback while I work on your piece.
