Welcome to ANELL STUDIO! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ANELL STUDIO, operated by Olena Bosyk Watercolor Art, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. ANELL STUDIO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). ANELL STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All artworks sold at ANELL STUDIO are custom, handmade watercolor portraits created to order. Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that the final artwork will be identical to any digital preview or photograph.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. ANELL STUDIO reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
Please note that custom portraits are created individually for you and therefore cannot be resold. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in the store at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. Prices are exclusive of shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide from Poland. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to postal carriers, customs, or external circumstances. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we still do our best to support you in case of any issues. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us at hi@anellstudio.com and we will help resolve the problem according to our refund policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in our store, including but not limited to images of artworks, logos, text, and designs, are the property of ANELL STUDIO and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content on third-party websites.
SECTION 8 – PRIVACY POLICY
