At ANELLI STUDIO, every portrait is created with care and attention, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely.


Processing Time


Each custom portrait is handmade and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, so please allow 1 week (5–7 business days) for creation before shipping.
During busy seasons (like Christmas), processing may take a little longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly by email.
If you need your order sooner, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help with expedited processing.

 

Shipping Time

 

Once your portrait is complete, we will send you a preview photo before dispatch.
After your approval, we carefully package and ship your order worldwide 🌍.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

 

Estimated delivery times:


USA: 10–21 days
EU: 5–14 days
Canada: 10–21 days
Australia & New Zealand: 21–28 days
(Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal services.)

 

Shipping Costs

 

We are happy to offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders.
Express delivery options are available upon request. If you require express shipping, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order so we can offer available methods at an additional cost. You can also add our Express Shipping listing to your order directly on the website.
